A: You can find our testimonials at the bottom of the homepage. You can also find more reviews on our google profile when you search for Baby Way NZ. 

Q: Do you have Afterpay or Zip?

A: Yes, we do. Afterpay and Zip is found at the bottom of checkout on the payment page after completing your contact details. It is not in the express checkout option, so continue in checkout and scroll down and at the bottom of the page there you can select Afterpay or Zip as a payment option. 

Q: Do your car seats conform to New Zealand safety standards?

A: Absolutely, our car seats are compliant with New Zealand's safety regulations. They are produced by reputable international manufacturer responsible for various well-known brands. These seats meet the European safety standard ECE R44/04, which is also recognized and accepted under New Zealand legislation. Moreover, they are appropriately marked with the 'E' symbol, fulfilling the requirements set by New Zealand's transport authority (NZTA). All Baby Way car seats meet NZTA standards. Contact Baby Way for free installations by our NZTA-registered Child Restraint Technicians.

Q: Is there any warranty?

A: Yes, all our strollers and car seats come with two year warranty, and we are really easy to cooperate with as we believe in providing amazing customer service and satisfaction. All our other products comes with one year warranty.

Q: Do you do car seat installations?

A: Yes, we offer free car seat installations at our Auckland store, conducted by our NZTA-registered Child Restraint Technicians or by our professionally trained team. Our experts ensure that your car seat is installed safely and correctly, providing you with peace of mind for every journey.

Q: Can I come to view the products before purchasing?

A: Yes, definitely! You and your friends and family are most welcome to come into the showroom and view and try out our products before placing an order with us.

Q: How can I know what car seat is best for me?

A: The best car seat is one that fits your child, fits your vehicle, and can be correctly used every time. As advised by Plunket and NZTA, it’s essential to choose a car seat that meets all these criteria to ensure maximum safety. At Baby Way NZ, our NZTA-registered Child Restraint Technicians can help you find the perfect car seat for your needs and ensure it's installed safely and correctly.

Q: Do you deliver Auckland, North Island, South Island or Rural parts of New Zealand?

A: Yes, we deliver all our items all throughout New Zealand. Just enter your address at the checkout to know if there is any delivery fees. 

Q: When is my order being delivered?

A: We process our orders the next working day and delivery usually takes about 2-4 working days. Preorders will be sent out for delivery on the preorder eta date written at the top of the product description.
